Jennifer Grogg

As a military spouse, Jennifer has traveled throughout the United States and internationally with her husband and children. She married her passion for helping people and finances by working with Credit Unions and Banks for 12 years, advancing to a Branch and Lending Manager.  In 1999, she managed a National Appraisal Management Company, becoming the CEO of the company in 2006.  While her husband was stationed in Phoenix she served as a Command Ombudsman for Naval Recruiting District Phoenix, Arizona for 6 years.  This experience allowed her to assist and support military families by becoming liaison between families and the Command.  In 2009 she and her family moved back to California and she took a hiatus to support her family at home.  She returned to the work force in 2014 as a real estate transaction coordinator, working with clients to ensure that the sale/purchase of their homes was handled efficiently.  In January 2015, she obtained her Real Estate license and began a successful career in Real Estate.  With her array of experiences and her sincere belief in complete client/member satisfaction, she is able to offer the very best personalized and professional service to her clients.

James Grogg

In 2006, after a rewarding Naval Career that spanned 20 years, James retired from the Navy as a Chief Petty Officer.  During his service his primary duties included, human resources and information technology.  After his retirement James worked for the Department of Defense as a Statistical Analyst and a part time Realtor in Arizona.  In 2011, he relocated with his family to California.  At this time, he returned to college to continue his education, graduation with an Associated of Science degree - Business Administration in 2016.  In 2014, he returned to real estate part time as IT Support and went on to re-license in California in January 2015.  He began his real estate career working as a buyer's agent, and today he is fully versed in all facets of real estate sales.  His background has instilled in him the need to work closely with the client, providing quality support throughout the entire purchase/sale process.
